Biography

Paul Kim is a PhD Candidate at the University of Toronto's Department for the Study of Religion. He received his MA in Philosophy at Brock University, and his BA with Honours in Philosophy at the University of British Columbia. His research interests primarily center around Immanuel Kant's views on religion, especially in relation to his epistemological and ethical frameworks. Paul is also interested in the emerging divisions between atheistic worldviews and radical forms of Christianity as has emerged with the works of Kierkegaard, Marx, and Nietzsche; as well as the place of secularism in today's world.
