Congratulations to Christopher Cornthwaite ( on a successful Final Oral Exam defense. The title of his dissertation is “A Goddess in the Caravans and a Saviour in the Hulls: Worship and Migration in Athens, Delos, and Corinth.” The examination committee consisted of John Kloppenborg (supervisor), Judith Newman and Kevin O’Neill (committee members), Larry Welborn (external examiner), and John Marshall (internal reader).
