Richard Moon is Professor of Law at the University of Windsor, where he teaches both public and private law courses. He is currently a Visiting Professor at the Centre for Ethics. Professor Moon’s research focuses on freedom of religion, freedom of expression, and the structural aspects of constitutional rights protection in Canada. His paper (attached) considers the intersection between religion and hate speech regulation.
