David J. Dixon completed his Bachelor of Science, Master’s,  Doctorate in Medicine and FRCPC  at University of Toronto, and his DPhil at Oxford University, England. His published works include “Religious Altruism and the Living Organ Donor” (2003), “Disclosure of Misattributed Paternity–A Case Study of Ethical Issues Involved in the Discovery of Unsought Information” (2002), “Transplantation of the Right Hepatic Lobe” (2002), “Religious Altruism and Organ Donation”  (2000), “Continous Infusion of Haloperidol” (1993), and “Cupid’s Arrow: An Unusuak Presentation of Factitious Disorder” (1995).
